Data Collection Policy

 

 

1. Introduction


The Armenian application AdhereTB; (hereinafter referred to as the "App" was localized, duplicated with the joint support of the Regional Office of the World Health Organization and the Global Fund and
belongs to the National Center of Pulmonology of the RA Ministry of Health CJSC (hereinafter referred to "We", "Us", "Our"), being the property of L. Sakvarelidze National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (ID/N 211324351), Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs of Georgia. This privacy policy states to what extent and under what conditions it processes the personal data of the
use of the AdhereTB Armenian application, how we collect, use, and process the personal data of our App, and also informs the users about the user rules. need to follow to use the AdhereTB app.

 

2. Accountability


The application lets users view recorded data on screen in the proper electronic format, store and use recorded information and material securely, and show required data.
The user certifies that, by using the program, he understands and agrees to the following terms and legal information directly related to it, including the information he willingly registers. If a user does not accept the terms, they should not use the application.

3. Permission
By using the application, you agree to our processing of your personal data in the manner provided by law, for the purposes specified in this privacy policy.
The application does not use any location or geolocation tracking tools.
The app requires access to the device's camera and/or microphone.

 

4. Data processing

The application is used to securely access data and materials voluntarily registered by the user. After the user is registered in the application by us, through the attending doctor or supervising nurse, the user can add information and material about the administration of medical drugs, which is stored in the protected database of the RA Ministry of Health Pulmonology National Control CJSC. Installation and use of this application is voluntary and free of charge. This data is provided only to the doctor and nurse, the
users who are visited by the patient, except us. This data is not shared by us with any other third party.

 

What data do we collect?

We collect data and materials that include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal identification data (name, surname, e-mail, address, phone number, etc.), public service number.
  • Your IP address
  • Data is voluntarily registered in the application by the user.
  • Material voluntarily downloaded by the user.

 

How do we collect your data?

You provide the information we collect directly through the App.
We collect and process data when you:

  • Register in our application or register information voluntarily;
  • Upload a video to our app voluntarily.
  • How do we use your data?
  • We process your personal data only by authorized personnel under legal norms and internal guidelines.

How do we store your data?

According to the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Armenia adopted on May 18, 2015, everyone has the right to keep personal data and be protected from misuse of such personal data. We cooperate with all relevant government agencies and implement all reasonable technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.
The application's personal information protection policy further describes the processing of personal data. The developer ensures compliance with regulations and personal data is considered confidential. To protect against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse of data, the developer takes appropriate
security measures of a technical and organizational nature to the requirements of the data protection legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Material that you voluntarily upload to the App is automatically deleted 30 calendar days after the date of upload.

 

Data transfer

The Developer will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and per this privacy policy, no transfer of your data to any organization or country will take place unless there are appropriate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

 

5. User Rights


We maintain the right, at any time, to change or delete, part or complete information and content, or not temporarily publish it without prior notice.
To the extent that this is permitted with regulatory legislative bases, any responsibility for the developer due to his material or intangible damage may arise from the application, and the information, content notification, or access to it, shall be considered void.
We do not take responsibility or guarantee the continuous functionality and availability of the application and its content. Also, we do not take responsibility or guarantee that the application will be free from any bugs and/or malfunctions.
We may suspend or discontinue the use of the Application at any time.
We want to make sure that we process and store your personal data under the highest security standards. We also protect and respect your rights regarding the protection of personal data. What are your rights to protect personal data?

 

Any user of the application has the right to:

● Right to request access - You have the right to request copies of your personal data held by us.
● Right to request changes - You have the right to request that we correct any information that you believe is incorrect or inaccurate. In addition, you have the right to request from us to fill in the information that you consider incomplete.
● Right to request erasure - You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain conditions.
● Right to request restriction of processing - You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data subject to certain conditions.

In the case of a request, we are obliged to respond to you within 10 working days.

 

6. User obligations

The user is responsible for the frequency, connection, and device functionality required to access the app. Through the app, the user is entitled to manage only their own personal and the information that they registered in the app or was shared with them from other users. The user is obliged to exercise caution in preventing illegal access to their devices. Consumers should pay attention to the issue of updating the app.
The user is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the information contained in the app.

When using the application, the customer should be careful to adhere to the applicable legal provisions and conditions of use.

 

7. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF USE OF THE APPLICATION

By deleting or uninstalling the Application on the Device, the User may permanently or temporarily stop using the Application. Relevant authorities may, under certain circumstances, suggest that users delete the application. The material you voluntarily upload to the application is automatically deleted after 30 calendar days
from the date of upload.

 

8. Changes in our privacy policy

We will constantly adapt our privacy policy to the current legislation and principles, and relevant updates will be reflected in the application.

All rights reserved.

The app is designed only for personal use. Any subsequent reproduction of content and transfer to third parties is prohibited. The app belongs to LEPL L. Sakvarelidze National Center for Disease Control and Public Health. Reproduction of any component requires pre-written consent from the copyright holder. Downloading content, illustrations, photos, or any other data or copy of them, does not lead to the transfer of content-related rights.

11. Conclusive remarks

The legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall be applied to resolve disputes unless otherwise specified. The user will be informed about any changes in the terms of use of the application. The regulations are presented in Armenian and English and in case of inconsistency between them.

The Armenian version will be given priority.
