July 27, 2020 R.Kh. applied to the National Pulmonology Center SNCO with complaints of pain in the right side of the chest, purulent cutaneous duct with purulent discharge. The patient was examined in the center; tuberculous osteomyelitis of the right ribs VII-VIII was revealed. Surgical treatment is indicated.
A. Ս. Hanoyan, S. Մ. Abrahamyan, under anesthesia D. CHAS. Hovhannisyan underwent an operation: resection of the VII-VIII rib on the right, drainage of the pleural cavity.
The postoperative period runs smoothly, adequate to surgical intervention. The patient is recovering.
